So, here's another baby scrapbook album that I made for my new Etsy shop. It is done Calendar style. So, the new mom can write in the dates and memories that she wants to remember throughout the first year of the baby's life.

    What a grand idea Jamie! Where were you when I had my babies. lol I love that you thought of this idea for mom's to write things down in. I think we can always find the time to write something on a calendar, but not always take the time to do a book. So this is very doable for a busy mom! I sure wish I knew a mommy to be because I would snatch this right up! Hugs, Brenda

We are now into August and I have been thinking a lot about the fact that school is coming. I have been homeschooling my daughter for the past year and a half. She is now going to go to a Christian school in the fall for junior high. I can't believe that she is in 7th grade already! I am both sad for me and excited for her. One of my favorite things about homeschooling, besides having my daughter home with me everyday, was using my Happy Planner for lesson planning. I love my lists and seeing my week planned out on paper. So, I was thinking through how to make a good use of my Happy Planner this coming year. I a blog post on how to set up a  War Binder . Let's Scrap - Friends Forever

Since moving away from my home town I don't get to see my old high school/college friends very often. There was a core group of us that hung out beginning in high school and we are all friends still. The one friend that was responsible for all of us meeting and ultimately becoming friends was getting married. It was so fun to all be back together for an evening. What was also fun was seeing all of our children together. Definitely one of those sentimental moments that needs to be scrapbooked and kept for all time! Let's Scrap has a fantastic sketch up on the blog that was perfect for these pictures. This sketch included a fun element: booklet.
