My name is  Jamie Arthur  and I'm so excited to be a guest designer at Stick IT Down this month. I love scrapbooking and really love working with sketches. I have been scrapbooking for over 20 years at this point. I have two children, a Golden-doodle, and I'm married to the best man a girl could ask for. And when I say the best I mean it! This man puts up with my scrapbooking obsession as well as my coffee addiction and my love of books (which are everywhere)!  I enjoy spending time in my craft room creating layouts for our family scrapbook albums. It is so fun to be able to open our family albums and not just look at pictures but relive the memories through the layouts themselves. I put my albums in the order in which things happened and I go year by year. The only problem with this method is that I end up with a lot of albums! I tend to scrap everything, however I find that it is so worth it when I look at my children enjoying them. Most of my layouts can be found on my b

However, it's my mom's birthday as well as Valentines day this week so I figured I'd better start making some cards. A Cherry On Top has a card challenge up on their blog and the challenge was to use a sketch, which I will include below, and to include a cherry on the card.  I am, also, entering this card on the Bitten by the Bug 2 blog, the Cut It Up blog, and the Love to Scrap Challenge blog.  My Card: Pink Paislee: 360 6x6 paper pad Awesome font on Design Space: sentiment font Country Life Cricut Cartridge: cherries Cricut Basic Shapes: rectangles The Sketch: Thank you so much for stopping by! We love to go camping with my parents and one of the places we like to go is Farragut State Park . They have 4 different disc golf courses which are a blast to play on. What could be better than trying not to lose your disc in the woods? And no we haven't lost one  yet.  For this layout I used a sketch from Sketches in Thyme . This layout is being used on the challenge forum at A Cherry On Top , and I'll enter my layout there. I will also be entering a challenge on the Lasting Memories blog as well as the Scrap Our Stash blog.  My Layout: The Sketch: The Challenge on  the  Scrap Our Stash  blog:   The Challenge on the  Lasting Memories  blog: LM #484 - Stamps - Let's see some stamped images on your layout My Layout and what I used: My Mind's Eye: Simply Delightful paper stack Babette Design Space Font: quote on tag Tags, Bags, Boxes & More Cricut Cartridge: tag Small Talk Frames & Tag CC: arrows Blu
