Christmas Album Share

Image
So, I realize I've been doing a terrible job posting any of my projects - for that I apologize to. . . myself. :) I have been making handmade gifts for friends and family for the last couple of months and have not spent a lot of time scrapbooking. I suppose I should have taken pictures and posted about all those handmade crafts, but that for some reason did not occur to me so, oh well. Since the holidays are now past I have been trying to update my family Christmas album. I am a couple of years behind. So, I thought that I would share some of those layouts here. Enjoy! Well, the baby book is done and given to my friend as a shower gift and now I feel like I can post the pictures of the layout. Didn't want to do it sooner in case she decided to check out the blog and get a spoiler. So, here are the finished layouts. For this layout I used the Noah's ABCs and the Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge. A Child's Year and Graphically Speaking Boys will be Boys Every Day Paper Dolls Create a Critter Hope you enjoyed the baby book tour! Till next time,

Go Wild!

It's been a long while since I've posted anything. I guess I've been on a crafting break. Sometime that's needed before you can get your mojo back? Well, I decided to go ahead and try a Fantabulous Cricut Challenge. Finished just in time to get it entered for this week. Their challenge this week was to create a project with an outdoor (or indoor) scene. One of the other goals that I have had was to actually try recreating one of the layouts that I have pinned to my Pinterest page. So, first I will show you the original project, which was created by  Monique Griffith  and pinned to my Pinterest board. Then my project. Original Check out my project below: This project used the Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge for all cricut cuts. The paper is DCWV. Thanks for viewing!

Fun in the Sun

Here are some more fun layouts for your enjoyment. The first is based of a sketch that Let's Scrap had up for a recent challenge. I only used the right side to enter the challenge and my take is below. This was a very fun layout to make. I used DCWV's My Sunshine Stack. I used the Create a Critter and the Lovely Floral Cricut Cartridges for the flags and the banner at the bottom.  This layout used the Boys Will Be Boys and Everyday Paper Dolls Cricut cartridges. The paper is from DCWV's My Sunshine Stack. The title on this layout is cut from the Life's a Beach Cricut Cartridge. Till next time,

Pinterest Inspired Cards

Image
It's time for another challenge from the Cut It Up Blog ! I have a couple of boards that are completely dedicated to cards, and there are hundreds. Well, I have good intentions of trying all of them out - ok maybe a few of them out! Anyway, this challenge got me working! My first card comes from Melissa at Moe Creations . Check out her card and then look at mine. (yes her's is definitely better, but I still like mine, lol) You will, also, find this pictured pinned to my Pinterest boards  Stuff I've Done/Tried .  Feel free to visit me on Pinterest and be a follower! Now for my card(s) I decided to make a set of cards. There are actually three cards of each to make a set of six. I used the I Love You a Latte Cricut Cartridge to make these cards. There is one more card that I will show you that has been featured once before on my blog. But, first here is the card that inspired it. This card was originally posted on the Cards, ...
