Pins To Creation - Freezer Meals & Menu

Welcome back for another Pintrest inspired creation for the Pins to Creation blog

This week I am featuring a fabulous freezer meals idea that comes from blog The Test Kitchen of Melissa . This lady is amazing, I will say this right up front. I highly recommend giving her freezer meals a try, because they truly are good! I tried all of her

Freezer Cooking #2

and I, nor any member of my family, had one complaint. In fact, I will do it all again.

Here is a quick list of the meals with my notes in red:

Here is the menu for Freezer Cooking Round 2:
·         Chicken Pot Pie (3) *this is 4-6 servings PER PIE  (I got 4 pies out of this, so good)
·         ShreddedPork BBQ (3)  Amazing!
·         Chicken with Honey Sauce (2) Mmmmm
·         Oh So Easy Pork Chops (2)  Easy and good
·         Sesame Chicken (2)  So great for stir fry, my kids love it!
·         Marinated & Baked Pork Chops (4)  Yummm
·         Marinated Steak (2)  Oh my gosh, sooooo goood!
·         Twice Baked Potatoes (approx  24)  These weren't the best until I added some  Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning and now we've eaten them all and I want more!

Here are some pics of my results when putting my freezer meals together.

I highly recommend reading all of her blog post for these freezer meals, as she has some great tips and reasons for doing what she did.

Now, for one more Pintrest inspired project. This is a project that I have posted once before, but I made another one and I thought that it would be appropriate with todays Pintrest project feature.

Here is the original:

and here is the original one that I made from the above idea:

and here's the newest one I made. Made this one for a special friend of mine. Later, I found a note pad that better fit the colors and embellishments, however, I had already given it to here so you'll just have to imagine it with a better fitting notepad.

Well, thank you for checking out my latest Pintrest Inspired Project!

Don't forget to check back on Monday for another great project idea at the Pins to Creation blog!
