Happy Easter Everyone!
Over at Cooking With Cricut there is an Easter challenge going on! Easter to me is all about my Lord and Savior, so when we were asked to do a project that was Easter themed, I knew just what I wanted to do!
Last year we went to a church that put on a live reenactment of Jesus's time on earth, His crucifiction and His resurrection. My layout below is all about His resurrection. Jesus did not stay dead, He died for our sins and then rose again on the 3rd day so that we may go live with Him in Heaven one day for all eternity. What an amazing sacrifice He made for me and you! Not mention that we don't have to do anything at all to earn this gift as it is free, all we have to do is ask for it! Thank You Jesus!
Thanks so much for visiting my blog! I hope you enjoyed my project, now create your own and link it up to the Cooking With Cricut blog for a chance to win this week!

This layout was made using two cartridges. The New Testament Cricut Cartridge was used to cut out the tomb and the Inspired Heart Cricut Lite Catridge was used to cut out the He Is Risen sentiment. I used the negative cuts from the green grass of the tomb to add a little bit more to the layout. The paper comes from the DCWV Linen Closet paper stack. You can read more about using negatives at Fantabulous Cricut where I talked about it on Quick Tip Tuesday!
