Mother's Day: A Gift Idea From Me
This week at Cooking With Cricut we are challenged to come up with a gift idea for Mother's Day. The catch? No cards allowed. Thats ok, because lately doing 3D projects have been very intriguing for me. So for this challenge I decided to 3D it.
Using the Tags, Bags, and Boxes Cricut Cartridge I cut out this adorable purse. I embellished it with a flower and brad and used fiber as my handle. The paper comes from the DCWV La Creme stack. Now I have a very cute gift purse to fill up with some fun chocolate goodies and maybe even a coffee card! The nice thing about this gift purse is that its stands on its own, which makes it perfect to display on a shelf in your home. So, it's not only a gift box/purse but it's also home decor! Love it!
Now it's your turn, what non card project can you come up with? Upload it to Cooking With Cricut this week and see if you can take the prize!
What a fun project! Very elegant...and holds chocolate, too!

Love the papers you used for the purse. The black and cream with the contrasting red flower and handle is perfect. Great project!
