Birthday Layouts

Well, I've gotten up to last years birthdays in my scrapbook. So let's do a birthday post :)! I found a great sketch on Sketch-N-Scrap to use for my son's birthday pics. I will show that one first and then I'll show the layout I created (without a sketch) below it. I'm also using both layouts to complete some daily challenges on the My Scraps and More forum.

The sketch:

To create this layout I used:

DCWV: The Celebration paper stack
Metal title embellishments
Groovy Times Cricut Cartridge: Clock
Small Talk Frames and Tags: So Happy 4 U tag, Time Flies Tag base
Cricut Alphabet Cart: Time Flies
Twine to separate the two pics on the right


Birthday Layout:


Grace was so excited to celebrate her birthday at school for the first time. She turned 7 that year and was in the first grade. The previous  year her birthday fell on a weekend. 

This Layout was created using:

Accent Essentials Cricut Cartridge: title base
Storybook Cricut Cartridge: Birthday Girl title
Glitter primas, bling, eyelets, a brad, and twine

We are now into August and I have been thinking a lot about the fact that school is coming. I have been homeschooling my daughter for the past year and a half. She is now going to go to a Christian school in the fall for junior high. I can't believe that she is in 7th grade already! I am both sad for me and excited for her. Crazy Cute Cards

I subscribed to Cricut All Access for a couple of months and had way too much fun! I am definitely gonna have to repeat that! While playing around I found these Crazy Cute Cards. I fell in love with them and pretty much made everyone of them. I think there were only a couple I didn't make. Anyway, I am going to share 6 of them with you today. Russian Dolls Card Robot Card Bird and Bird House card Crayon Box Card (love this one) Tool Box Card Steampunk Card Weren't those fun!!!
