Sketches in Thyme had a good sketch up on their blog this month. I decided to use a picture we took a couple of years ago of me and my sisters, mom and niece. I love this picture so highlighting it in a single picture layout seemed a good idea.

My Take:


To Create this layout I mostly used the DCWV: The Linen Closet Stack. The title, journaling card, and all the papers come from this stack. I added some primas and metal embellishments from my stash to dress up the layout further.

We are now into August and I have been thinking a lot about the fact that school is coming. I have been homeschooling my daughter for the past year and a half. She is now going to go to a Christian school in the fall for junior high. I can't believe that she is in 7th grade already! I am both sad for me and excited for her. Crazy Cute Cards

I subscribed to Cricut All Access for a couple of months and had way too much fun! I am definitely gonna have to repeat that! While playing around I found these Crazy Cute Cards. I fell in love with them and pretty much made everyone of them. I think there were only a couple I didn't make. Anyway, I am going to share 6 of them with you today. Russian Dolls Card Robot Card Bird and Bird House card Crayon Box Card (love this one) Tool Box Card Steampunk Card Weren't those fun!!!
