Falling into Fall
I don't know about you but I am so glad that fall is almost here! I love this time of year where I can wear jeans again and can be outside without melting! I've been walking on the trial that goes by the river near our house and it started to look like fall as the pine needles have started to litter the path - I just love it!!! So, this was an easy challenge for me this week at Cut It Up Challenges where we are asked to create a project that is inspired by the below picture.
So, in thinking about trees and apples and how it is time to go pick them, I just had to do an apple tree for my card. We are sponsored this week by Trendy Twine and were given a sample to work with. My project is below:
To create this card, I used the Country Life Cricut Cartridge. I thought the tree was adorable, as most images on this cartridge are! I used the Trendy Twine for the bottom of my card to give it the sense of fall littering the ground. At least I hope that comes across that way :).
Now it's your turn to create your project and upload it at Cut It Up Challenges, but don't forget your diecut!!!
Very pretty! Love the twine. :) Janis
