How to Design a Happy Planner using Design Space

Image
I have used Design Space in order to plan my layouts for a long time. It occurred to me that I could do the same thing with my Happy Planner Using basic shapes included in Design Space I recreated my Happy Planner in all 3 sizes on the canvas. From there I can apply and size images to create stickers. To use my templates click HERE Once I had placed and sized all the images I wanted. I flattened each image to create my sticker. I printed them out on sticker paper and then cut them with the cricut. Please note: for best results use the custom materials setting and search for sticker paper! Thank you so much for stopping by! Blessings,

There is one event that I look forward to all  year long! It's the annual Scrapbooking Retreat that happens on October. I go with my friends and my sister and her/our friends. It is, without a doubt, so much fun. What could be better than spending an entire weekend doing nothing but scrapbooking and chatting with your friends?! There is a short hike and great view near the lodge where we stay and every year we try to get a little bit of exercise and then show that we did by taking a selfie at the top. To scrapbook this selfie I used a sketch from Sketch n Scrap .  The Layout: These are my scrap friends :) The Sketch: Another look at my layout: To Create this Layout I used: Carta Bella: Hello Again paper pack Miss Kate's Cuttables: banner Alexis Mattox - Emma Rae font - tag font Sentimentals Cricut Cartridge - tag Blueberry Regular system font via DS Carpe Diem: Faith - decorative clip twine Thank you so much for stoppin

During the summer of 2018 we had a season pass to Silverwood. We went to the amusement park frequently so I have a lot of Silverwood photos to scrap. I decided to just showcase some highlight in our family album so we don't have a ton of layouts about the same thing. In this layout I focused on rides that go really high up in the air. Panic Plunge and Spin Cycle - two rides my son enjoys going on.  I used a sketch from Sketch n Scrap  to scrapbook these photos. My Layout: The Sketch: A Closer Look: To Create this Layout I used: DCWV: Just My Type paper stack Beep Beep Cricut Cartridge: title Bits and Pieces CC: arrow Mambi Chips: chipboard sticker frame Kaisercraft: Party Time - photo overlay Thank you so much for stopping by! Since the carpets were pulled up we decided to pain the entire upstairs. It became a family affair and of course I took photos of everyone doing their part! And, I'm so excited to share the third layout challenge for the month!  Two years ago in July it will be two years since we bought and moved into our current house. I was so excited about it and mostly because it was on a culdesac, which I have always thought to be the perfect type of street to live on. It has definitely lived up to all I thought it would be. We have amazing neighbors and it's such a quiet street. I am blessed! My name is  Jamie Arthur  and I'm so excited to be a guest designer at  L asting Memories  this month. I love scrapbooking and really love working with sketches. I have been scrapbooking for over 20 years at this point. I have two children, a Golden-doodle, and I'm married to the best man a girl could ask for. And when I say the best I mean it! This man puts up with my scrapbooking obsession as well as my coffee addiction and my love of books (which are everywhere)!  I enjoy spending time in my craft room creating layouts for our family scrapbook albums. It is so fun to be able to open our family albums and not just look at pictures but relive the memories through the layouts themselves. I put my albums in the order in which things happened and I go year by year. The only problem with this method is that I end up with a lot of albums! I tend to scrap everything, however I find that it is so worth it when I look at my children enjoying them. Most of my layouts can be found
