Trash to Treasure

So, on the Let's Scrap website they recently had (actually are still having at this time) a blog hop. Which was fabulous fun!!! One of the awesome challenges was to take something from around the house that you would normally throw away and use it on your layout. I have always wanted to use those bread tags on one of my pages somehow and have been collecting them for some time. Finally, I had reason and motivation to create with them. What I ended up doing with them really wasn't genious or anything, but I think they turned out pretty cute.


I just took pattern paper and covered the tags. I then distressed the paper and stamped it using a flower stamp.

We are now into August and I have been thinking a lot about the fact that school is coming. I have been homeschooling my daughter for the past year and a half. She is now going to go to a Christian school in the fall for junior high. I can't believe that she is in 7th grade already! I am both sad for me and excited for her. Crazy Cute Cards

I subscribed to Cricut All Access for a couple of months and had way too much fun! I am definitely gonna have to repeat that! While playing around I found these Crazy Cute Cards. I fell in love with them and pretty much made everyone of them. I think there were only a couple I didn't make. Anyway, I am going to share 6 of them with you today.
